Manual press made entirely of turned brass by a local craftsman.
It allows you to easily prepare passatelli and, thanks to different dies (sold separately!), some types of durum wheat pasta or egg pasta such as bigoli , maccheroncini , orcini (biscuits, like scabs) or very thick spaghetti .
An easy-to-use tool: just insert the dough inside the cylinder and turn the handle, the pressure exerted will push the dough up to the die from which the dough will come out in the desired format.
The press is also equipped with a wooden support which facilitates its use. It is a support on which to place the tool to prepare your favorite pasta without too much effort.
NB The press is sold with the passatelli die only!
Additional dies, as well as the wooden support, are excluded from the price and are sold separately!
